At Floret Library, we want you to be completely enamored with your wardrobe additions. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack your unworn items with original tags attached in the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
